Great product - it's been confusing to read about which magnesium salt works the best, or absorbs better. This product covers all the basis (and salts) thus no more bias some claiming one works better then the other. Clear recommendation just for this aspect. As for magnesium as a supplement, anyone looking for one already knows the benefits - works well as intended.
