The early bird catches the worm. Gold is not part of Melanie's morning routine – yet she starts the day full of energy. In a short interview, she reveals to us how important Morning Routine is to her, what it looks like, and how she stays motivated. And: She gives us an inspiring tip to take with us.

Melanie starts her day with intention: her Morning Routine gives her structure, energy, and mental clarity – she sticks to it consistently because it simply feels good.

At Breakfast, she looks at her vision board filled with images and quotes about career goals, personal aspirations, and inspiration from nature and travel.

Food supplement plays a central role: she takes Colostrum & Probiotics, Vitamins D3 & K2, B-Vitamin, Multi Vitamin and Collagen daily – specifically for Immune System, energy, bones and skin.

Her tip for everyone: Start small, incorporate things that make you feel good – and be patient with yourself.

Good morning, Melanie! It's great that you've taken the time to speak with us. Morning Routine is a fascinating topic. Let's dive right in: How important is your Morning Routine to you, and what motivates you to stick to it consistently?

You mention that you're enjoying your Breakfast — a protein porridge — while looking at your vision board. That sounds fascinating. Would you like to share a little about what's on your vision board?

Melanie Metzger: Of course! On my vision board are images and quotes that motivate me to realize my goals and dreams. It's a mix of professional visions, personal wishes, and things that inspire me, like travel or beautiful nature photography.

That's truly inspiring! Supplements also seem to be a big part of your Morning Routine. Why are they so important to you, and how do you choose your products?

Melanie Metzger: Food supplement is a great support for me to optimally nourish my body and is therefore part of the Morning Routine. I make sure to choose high-quality products that promote my health and give me energy – like those for The Change, a local Manufacturer from St.Gallen. Each product has a clear function for me, whether it's for my Immune System, my skin or my overall well-being.

Wow, that's a well-thought-out routine! And then you cycle to work – how important is movement in the morning to you?

Melanie Metzger: Movement is essential for me. The bike ride clears my head, gets my circulation going, and gives me a little moment in nature before the workday begins.

To wrap things up: Do you have a tip for anyone looking to develop or improve their own Morning Routine?

Melanie Metzger: My most important tip: Start small and incorporate things that make you feel good. Whether it's a cup of tea, a few moments of silence, or a little movement – find what motivates you and what gives you energy. And: Be patient with yourself!
